First, please make sure you have the most recent version of Zoom installed on your device. Having the latest update helps prevent connection problems and ensures all features work properly.

Second, if you experience any difficulties joining or to the webinar, we recommend signing out of your Zoom Workplace app and trying to join while signed out. This often clears up common connection issues.
