Jana Parker, M.S., LEP, ABPSN, is a licensed educational psychologist and board-certified school neuropsychologist based in California. With over 16 years of experience in school and clinical settings, she specializes in integrating psychological expertise with business development. Jana is the founder of Mind by Design, a multidisciplinary practice, and Empower LEP, a coaching platform for clinicians. She also hosts a podcast and consults nationally on private practice growth, offering guidance on leadership, business strategy, and ethical decision-making in mental health care.
